We want our customers to shop with ease and confidence. That's why we have a simple returns FAQ below!
Can I return any item?
No. Unfortunately digital items are not eligible for returns however physical items are.
What is the return timeline?
You have 14 days from the tracking information stating delivered to raise a return. After this no returns will be accepted.
How do I raise a return?
Send an email to crocreate@yahoo.com stating your order number, product you would like to return and reason for returning.
Do you cover return costs
Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return. We recommend returning items via a tracked service.
What happens when i have raised my return?
You will receive an email response within 48 hours (make sure to check that spam folder) detailing where to send your return. Returns should be sent back in the same condition they were received with no missing items. Once the return has been processed a refund will be issued providing the return is in satisfactory condition. You will receive an email confirming this.
