Construction
Place safety eyes between rounds 15 and 16. Sew on a smile if wanted between
rounds 18-21.
With the base piece of the ghost Dc around the base of the ghost using the BLO
of round 29. Stop half way around to stuff the ghost and continue stuffing as
required. FO and weave in your ends.
Do not stuff the arms, sew them to rounds 21 of the ghost in whichever position
you like. If you wish them to lie flat to the ghost place a few stitches in the top
of the arms (where the hands would be) to anchor them to the body.
The hats will sit on the ghosts head. If you want them to be permanently fixed
you can sew them on however they will no longer be interchangeable
